Party with the Gamer Guide
A step up from our party room rental, reserve the Crow’s Nest (top room of Village Meeple) for your private event! Host a unique party to celebrate birthdays, corporate events, any kind of get-together.
Our Gamer Guide will be there to help you plan, teach, and generally make sure everyone has a great time!
Admission for up to 20 people, 2-Hour Rental, 2 hours with Gamer Guide
Weekdays $200
Weekends $250 -
Full Cafe Rental
Have the run of the entire boardgame cafe. Over 2,500 square feet is yours to command, as you and your friends play away. Any reason, any season.
Our expert game staff will customize a board game event perfect for your group! A Gamer Guide will be on site to help teach or run special games with you.
Starting at $300, the price depends on the time and day of week chosen. Please email for scheduling and pricing.
Your reservation is considered complete when you have paid the 50% deposit. Call us during open hours to pay over the phone or follow the invoice instructions you received via email.
Party deposits can be refunded with cancellations made at least one week in advance of scheduled party date. For cancellations less than one weeks in advance, the deposit is non-refundable.
We are happy to help you reschedule a party for any reason. If we are closed because of inclement weather on the day of your scheduled party, you can choose between a deposit refund or a reschedule.
